Are You A "Hot" Nanny?

The Wall Street Journal had a blog this morning entitled:

Your Nanny: Hot or Not?

This pulled my attention enough to post...

For us in the field, I would say that it is a lofty thought, as we are not trying to pick up our fathers that we work for. This is an insecurity issue that a mother might have, however we feel that we are taking care of your children because that is what we do best and this is what we love to do.

Parents should be more concerned that the nanny is creating the most appropriate environment for their child and that their little ones are getting the love and attention they are suppose to, not how hot the nanny is or if she is going to potentially pick up your husband, or better yet, your husband hit on the nanny....

In my opinion , for most "20-30 something's", one would think a "40 something" year old man trying to pick her up would be an ultimate turn off...Especially being her employer! YUCK!
